2. What is your lead time for orders? Our standard lead time is 2-3 months. However, this can be shorter or longer depending on the specific order and availability. A more precise timeline will be provided once a Request for Quote (RFQ) is submitted.

3. How do I get started with an order? To begin, simply submit an RFQ. It's easy and commitment-free. At this stage, no payment or deposit is required. Just provide your name and address, and we will craft a tailored plant solution for your needs. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required once you decide to proceed with the order.

4. What is your cancellation policy? We understand that plans can change. For canceled orders, a 10% restocking fee applies. The 20% deposit you make can be applied to future orders in case of cancellation. If the cancellation is due to our inability to meet deadlines or product unavailability, the restocking fees are waived.

5. Do you guarantee live arrival of plants? Absolutely. Your satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee the live arrival of all our imported plants.

6. How do you handle shipping? Once your plants are ready, we offer next-day shipping to ensure they arrive fresh. We monitor weather conditions closely and may delay shipments if adverse weather poses a risk to the plants' health.

7. Do you offer acclimation services for the plants? Yes, we do. For an additional fee, we provide acclimation and other services to help your plants adjust to their new environment, ensuring they thrive from the moment they arrive.

8. How are weather considerations handled for shipping? We prioritize the health and safety of the plants. In cases of extreme weather conditions, we may delay shipments to ensure the plants are not harmed during transit.

9. Who qualifies for Wholesale orders? OrchidBox welcomes everyone to place wholesale orders. For online sellers, garden centers, and hobbyists alike, our platform is open to everyone seeking quality plants in bulk. See minimums listed at the bottom of our site.
